To submit an exchange merchandise authorization (EMA) request, complete this form. When finished, click Send Request. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*). Please fill out the following information and submit your request.

 

You will be notified with an EMA number if your EXCHANGE request has been approved. EMA requests will be processed within 48 hours.

 

DO NOT RETURN your product until you  receive an approval from USASPYGEAR.com. If you send your product back without approval you will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and/or your package will be rejected. You must use this form to submit a request for an EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization). Requests cannot be made via phone. Thank You.
